You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you've watched less than 20% of the paid course videos and haven't downloaded any course files.
01Who can get a refund
Anyone who bought a course on this site, within 14 days of the purchase date, provided both conditions below are met.
02The two conditions
You have watched less than 20% of the paid course videos (free preview lessons do not count), and you have not downloaded any course file. Watch time is measured per second watched, counted once; downloads are logged with date and time.
03How to ask
Use “Request a refund” in My courses, or email drops@gensofx.com from the address you bought with, including your order number. Refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record, usually within [5] working days.
04When the right ends
For buyers in the EU and UK: by ticking the consent box at checkout, you ask for immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. This voluntary refund policy applies on top of that, under the conditions above.
05After a refund
Access to the course is removed when the refund is issued. Files already downloaded are not covered by any refund.
