The videos, breakdowns, and accompanying notes shared via gensōFX — including the X (Twitter) feed embedded on this site — are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the prompts, workflows, or techniques discussed will produce identical or similar results when reproduced in Midjourney, Runway, or any other AI tool — outputs vary based on model version, parameters, and platform changes outside our control.
License & Use
Unless otherwise stated on a specific post:
- Breakdowns and techniques: Prompts, workflow notes, and techniques shared on the gensōFX feed are provided as a creative reference. You are free to read, copy, adapt, and remix them for your own personal or commercial projects.
- Videos and images: Finished videos and images shared on the feed are published for viewing and reference. They are generated using tools including Midjourney and Runway, and your use of any output you create from similar prompts or workflows is subject to Midjourney’s Terms of Service and the terms of any other tools you use.
- Redistribution: You may not repackage and republish gensōFX videos, images, or breakdowns as a standalone collection, pack, or download bundle on other platforms.
- Credit: Credit to gensōFX is appreciated but not required.
AI-Generated Content
Videos and images shared via gensōFX are generated using AI tools, primarily Midjourney and Runway. The legal status of AI-generated content, including copyright and commercial use, varies by jurisdiction and is still evolving. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and platform terms that apply to your own use of AI-generated content.
No Support
Content is shared without support, customization, or troubleshooting services. We do not provide assistance with replicating results, adapting techniques to other tools, or resolving issues with third-party AI platforms. For custom work, please reach out for a commission at drops@gensofx.com.
Limitation of Liability
gensōFX shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use content shared via this site or the embedded feed. This includes, but is not limited to, unexpected AI outputs, project delays, platform changes, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
